I was trying to read “How Jesus Transforms the Ten Commandments” and just can’t seem to get into it. I keep having trouble following Clowney’s train of thought… I think the book has potential to be really great, but for now, I’m going to have to stick it on the shelf.
Don’t be bummed. We went to hear Clowney lecture on this topic before it became a book and before he passed away. I remember walking away each week telling Erin, “I don’t know the Bible at all”. That man bled Bible. He was difficult to follow at times but he made want to know my Bible more.
