Asher Sings in Hebrew

I know we’ve had posts in the past where Asher sings the Hebrew alphabet, but not since I’ve purchaced my new, cool, software.

Anyway, Asher came to me this evening with a printout of the Hebrew alphabet and asked, “dad, can we do Alaph Bet Vet?” meaning, can we watch the youtube video. I told him we could after dinner.

So, after we finished our sloppy joes and tots (I love tots) we went to the computer room for Alaphe Bet Vet time.

Enjoy:

Working

Ever thought, “what the heck does Ryan do to make money?” Or maybe, “what does a web developer do all day?”

Well, here is a 3 hour snippet of my life – Monday night from 7:30 to 11ish (sped up and music added for your entertainment). This was taken a couple evenings ago using a new program, ScreenFlow, that I had to buy for a client the other day. I used iMovie to speed up the video and add the music. It took all night for ScreenFlow to convert the file (3 hour screencast) into a .mov and then it took iMovie about 5 hours to import the .mov file. In all, it took almost 24 hours start to finish… and my computer was a little slow today because of it all ;)

Without further adu… me… working:

More on Twitter

So, I’ll admit that I’m still thinking about this whole twitter thing. I went on youtube to see a video explaining Twitter and found one by the folks at Common Craft (I love their “plain English” tutorials). Anyway, I’ve embedded it below so you can understand Twitter as well.

There was one point that really made me laugh (Drew you are going to LOVE this quote):

“Life is what happens between blog posts.”

HA! I love it… anyway, here is the video:
