You are now officially Washingtonians! I love the boots. My conclusions about the umbrellas is that it’s too windy, especially in Bellingham, for them which makes the rain fall horizontally. All you need around here are the boots and a water-proof jacket with a hood. A clear sign of a non-local is an umbrella
